    There is BRP Unified Powers, it's a simple and clean list of Effects you can use to create spells, psionic powers and super powers. Needs some fine tuning here and there.

    Btw, there any guide to create Magic and Sorcery? And i found something that might works: Unified Powers. Still need some work, but its close for what i want.

    I wonder if someone tried to make a Super Power option for OpenQuest, maybe something close to Elder Godlike or SuperWorld?
