Luther Arkrwright Campaign

???

There was a long-ago LA rpg, but the current one from DM already uses the Mythras engine.

Or did you mean a whole new edition JUST to roll-in the minor differences between DM's RQ6 and DM's Mythras?  That would surprise me...

I too share a vague memory of a LA campaign being mentioned... but I can't swear to it!

The 'Parallel Lines' campaign will be a 2017 release and is currently being edited. It consists of 8 scenarios forming a (very) loose campaign and has adventures written by myself, Pete Nash, Chad Bowser, Anthony Boyd, Bryan Steel, Bruce Mason, John White and Scott Crowder. The characters are part of Valhalla's Mjollnir section - a team specialising in advance investigation prior to someone like Arkwright becoming involved, if that proves necessary. The scenarios range from a version of Earth where the Salem Witch Trials started 200 years later than in others, take in a post-apocalyptic Camargue, travel to dystopian versions of London and Edinburgh, and involve epic journeys aboard the Trans Siberian Express and a Empress-class Ukrainian airship.

People have asked if the Arkwright rules will be rereleased as a standalone game: they won't be - at least not in the foreseeable future.

What about in a different Parallel?

Funny you mention that. On parallel 23.48.37, 'Luther Arkwright: The Complete RPG' outsells every other roleplaying game by such a colossal amount that we've all bought yachts and spend our time cruising the Mediterranean.

I can truthfully say that this is the most fun anthology I've ever been involved with. There's some seriously tripped-out stuff going on. In fact I just now saw one of the art pieces for Pete's scenario. Great stuff.

Love LutherArkwright its my kids favorite RPG (but as a PG version) even my new camping I started with M-Space sorta morphed back into LutherArkwight as the kids have decided that their spaceship must've been self aware and able to jump between parallels as well as hop around the galaxy. That wasn't the plan but I went with it. So the ship now  takes them from parallel parallel and between universes as it deems necessary dropping The players off to stop the next universe Ending catastrophe. So the game is now M-Space/LutherArkwright/Doctor Who thay are having a blast.

Very eagerly awaiting "parallel lines" thanks for all the hard work.

If you ever make a standalone Luther Arkwright RPG, I commit to buying a core book every year till I die.

That should account for 1-40 copies! :)
