  1. In the spring of 1877, three men arrived in the village of Saltmarsh in Washington Territory. Each of them had goals and aspirations of their own, but they would soon be thrown together by the strange events that surrounded that isolated town on the Pacific coast. Soon, others joined them. On February 15, we continued the Down Darker Trails campaign online, tentatively named Pacific Northwest Fears. We're starting off using the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons scenario "The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh" and now "Danger at Dunwater" as well as the D&D campaign "Ghosts of Saltmarsh" adapted to Call of Cthulhu in the American west. This session saw the investigators continue their preparations for aiding in the war of the Quinoat against the yuggs. Some are suspicious of their activities, however. The roleplaying game journal of the session is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3659-preparations-for-war-session-one/ Players are: James Brown as William Hazard (dilettante) Sean McPike as Loren Hutton (journalist/author) Aaron Frager as Fernando Jimenez (gunslinger)
  2. In the spring of 1005 A.D., the small group of fugitives stopped in London at the request of Father Paul, who asked them to look in on a servant who was there. They find strange things happening near Bishopsgate in London and decide to do something about it. On February 1, I ran another online game of Cthulhu Dark Ages, as the investigators head back to England. This was the second session of the original scenario “London in Absentia." The roleplaying journal of the scenario is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3657-london-in-absentia-session-two/ Players were: Matt McPike as Brother Drake (monk) Aaron Frager as Birhtnoth the Smith (craftsman) Sean McPike as Arlyss the Giant (trader)

This session saw the investigators return to Saltmarsh and try to get back to their normal lives, at least for a while. The roleplaying game journal of the session is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3656-return-to-saltmarsh/ Players are: Sean McPike as Loren Hutton (journalist/author) Aaron Frager as Fernando Jimenez (gunslinger)

  6. In the spring of 1877, three men arrived in the village of Saltmarsh in Washington Territory. Each of them had goals and aspirations of their own, but they would soon be thrown together by the strange events that surrounded that isolated town on the Pacific coast. Soon, others joined them. On December 7, we continued the Down Darker Trails campaign online, tentatively named Pacific Northwest Fears. We're starting off using the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons scenario "The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh" and now "Danger at Dunwater" as well as the D&D campaign "Ghosts of Saltmarsh" adapted to Call of Cthulhu in the American west. This session saw the investigation of the village of Dunwater, allegedly abandoned for 10 years but now inhabited by a tribe of natives much like those already encountered by the investigators. Other things lurk in the village as well. The roleplaying game journal of the session is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3652-danger-at-dunwater-session-two-alliance/ Players are: James Brown as William Hazard (dilettante) Sean McPike as Loren Hutton (journalist/author) Aaron Frager as Fernando Jimenez (gunslinger)
  7. In the spring of 1005 A.D., the small group of fugitives learned their loved ones might be in danger. They determine to return at once to England. However, they become lost on the way back to London from Chester and stumble upon a farming village threatened by a recurring curse. On November 6, I ran another online game of Cthulhu Dark Ages, as the investigators head back to England. This session saw us play “A Local Legend” by Greg Rick from Dungeon Magazine #31, adapted for Cthulhu Dark Ages. The roleplaying journal of the scenario is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3647-a-local-legend/ Players were: Matt McPike as Brother Drake (monk) Aaron Frager as Birhtnoth the Smith (craftsman) Yorie Latimer as Father Paul of Canterbury (priest) Sean McPike as Arlyss the Giant (trader)
  8. On October 31, I ran the one-shot Call of Cthulhu scenario "13 Black Candles" by Jeff Woodall from Dead Leaves Fall and Other Halloween Horrors online for a few friends for the 3rd Annual Halloween Call of Cthulhu Game. It was a great time. Several people from New England were invited to Squire Thomas Roberts' Annual All Hallows Eve Party in 1794, but this year something goes terribly wrong. The roleplaying journal of session is here: https://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/entry/3642-thirteen-black-candles/ Players were: Aaron Frager as Professor Hiram Taylor (Professor at Miskatonic Liberal College) Sean McPike as Doctor Abimael Brannon (physician) Yorie Latimer as Colonel Ebenezer Hughey (soldier)

  14. Actually, the large map in the copy I purchased last week was in the back of the book, connected by one side. Mine was published in 1991. I ended up writing in the locations on the copy I printed out from the pdf. Thanks though.
