  1. Hi Skill Groups aren’t a core foundry thing per se. For BRP they are a group of skills that get added to a profession. When you add the profession to the character you add one (or more) of the relevant skills in the group. For example a profession may let you choose any melee weapon so there’s a skill group for that. to add multiple skills to a character sheet you can drag the folder to the character. i hope that makes sense. I’m away from home at the moment so can’t give you screenshots to help with the explanation. cheers
  2. Heya. I’m away on holiday until start Sept so don’t have access to my PC. There are some instructions in the game or on the GitHub wiki https://github.com/Genii-Locorum/brp if that doesn’t solve it please come back and I’ll see what I can do from memory. initial thoughts are whether the character sheet is locked (padlock icon at the right hand side of the tab names). are you getting any error messages in console (F12)? sorry that this isn’t as comprehensive response that I’d like to give cheers simon
  3. Sorry - I'm away on holiday in August - please nag me in September if I havent followed up on this.
  4. Heya - I'm away on holiday until Sept so won't get to make any changes until then but will try to fix issues when I'm back The long term aim is (I think) for Chaosium to offer a fully populated module with all skills with base formulae, classes etc - basically to have the various rule books available but I don't know timescales. I know Call of Cthulhu is being worked on (and given its the big seller then it makes sense to focus there first) but hopefully when a release mechanism is available other systems, including Pendragon, will follow. If you dont hear back from me in early Sept then please feel free to chase me.
  5. No worries -I susepct the issue was therefore coming across from V11 - I should probably have gone for a migration script - but so much changed as it's built off 6th Ed Core Rule book. There is an optional module which has some basic items in - enough to use the character generator - doesn't have the full skill details etc - those will come in an Official compendium at some point (I hope). Anyway the module is here - Genii-Locorum/p6ebase: Base module for Pendragon 6th Edition Foundry VTT implementation (github.com) or look for it within Foundry - it's called "Pendragon Base Content" OK, I see what you mean with the broken links - if you delete the Instructions from the world and then reimport make sure you tick the "Keep Document IDs" option it should all work. Let me know if it doesn't, I'll add the Honour bit to the worklist. Cheers Simon
  6. Thanks for calling these out. I'm about to go on holiday (tomorrow) so unlikely to fix these (there may be a small window next Monday)...... 1) Typo - corrected for next release 2) Broken links - can you tell me what they are/where please. My set up has numerous in world and compendium versions and I've probably lost track of what I linked where. 3) Love Family Passion - is this one you set up yourself or is it from a compendium? Do you get any error messages in the console (F12) when you open the character sheet? If you go to the console and type game.actors - find your character - open "values" - open "items" and then find the Love Family Passion (it may be a long list to look through) - open it - open "values" and then open "system" can you give me a screenshot (it will look like the one below). Apologies for the world of questions - if I can fix it tomorrow I will try, but its likely to be Monday (if not then it may be Sept) 4) I'm sure its doable (but it will have to wait until I'm back). I'm inclined to keep it as a Passion, but show it on the front sheet as well - and move Money to the Bio tab. Would that work for you? Cheers Simon
  7. I've started copying the instructions over to the Github Wiki. Does this work for you all? Home · Genii-Locorum/brp Wiki (github.com)
  8. BRP for Foundry new very release 12.1.21 Fix to NPC sheet to allow in line edit of #ATT on weapons ((it was failing to make the update after a new value was entered)) Tooltip added on NPC sheet explaining BAP (Ballistic Armour Points)
  9. BRP for Foundry new release ## 12.1.20 - Added option to adjust maximum magic points to character (on the CHAR tab) - Gear, Weapons and Armour can now have stored magic/power points. Enter them on the item sheet (default is zero). The current value can be edited directly on the character sheet. - If you hover over Power/Magic points then a tool tip shows current and maximum stored power points. If an item is "stored" then it is not included - A few tweaks to the character sheet Combat/Item tab with font size to accomodate the Stored PP/MP. These are only shown if the Max is set to 1 or more. I'm on holiday for August so there are likely to be no new releases until September (if something is very broken I will try to fix things, internet and time depending)
  10. Sorry - I missed this - I'll add this to the project plan (no idea when I'll get round to it - BRP is the poor cousin to other systems I'm working on when it comes to my time at the moment - Pendragon has been hogging most of it). When you say total investments - what are you after (total skill % across all skills, total improvement over base across all skills etc etc? A skill total is made up of base% + xp% + effects% + profession% + personality% + personal% and then categoryBonus I'm sure I can put something in if it's across all skills (like TotalProf and Total Pers)
  11. Pendragon for Foundry VTT v12.1.13 released - minor update - NPC sheets, when locked, only show the headings for Skills, Weapons etc when there are relevant contents. Heading always shown when the skill sheet is unlocked.
  12. OK - not sure what's going on here - but let's work through it. I've created a new actor, added the Magical Advantage, the Magic Skill (set to 50%) and one spell (Aqua). I then click on the spell name in the magic tab and it rolls the spell with the chat card showing the spell name (it won't show the spell name if you roll straight from the Magic skill). So the issue may be that the spell isn't linking to the magic skill for you. Check 1 Can you open the magic skill "right click on the skill in the actor sheet and choose edit" and is "Sub-Type" set to Magic? Check 2 Can you open the console (F12) in Foundry - then in the chat box enter "game.actors" - find Torben and expand it and look for value > system > magicScore. Is there a value there? (50 in my screen shot). and can you also see "Magic" is "true"? Let's check that and go from there. Cheers Simon
  13. Pendragon V2.0.12 for Foundry now released - runs on Foundry V12. It's packaged within Foundry so no manual installation required.
  14. Pendragon for Foundry VTT V12 now released Added two new Icons to NPC sheet - close sheet and calculate NPC scores Close Icon closes the NPC sheet (sometimes the Close icon in the title bar can get hidden when run from a compendium) NPC secondary scores (max HP, Move, Damage etc) are now input fields rather than auto calcs to allow maximum flexibility and for potential future imports The NPC Calc Scores icon will auto calculate these scores for you - you can still then override them. Note this will auto calc all scores Valorous Modifier now added to NPC sheet Alternative Movement is added to NPC sheet - you can edit the title and the value. The value is not auto calculated Equipment Names on the equipment tab are now truncated to one line like the description - but the full name and descriptions are available as tooltips Deleting items (Equip, Traits, Skills etc) is now a Double Click not a single click - to prevent accidents Changed various items grids so "View" icon is visible when character sheet is unlocked as well as the "Delete" icon Added "Add Armour" option to the armour grid Description boxes are now rich text editors and the text is no longer displayed as bold by default A GM Roll option has been added to the GM Tools and as a macro. This allows the GM to make rolls without an actor (character, NPC etc). "Notable" added to EN.json PID icon moved to the first of the icons on the top right of the relevant sheet.
  15. Hi Kev It should be available in Foundry but the latest release is V12 only due to some changes in Foundry. The last release for V11 is here - https://github.com/Genii-Locorum/Pendragon/releases/download/Beta-9/system.json but you will have to install it as a manual release. If you do go to the latest V12 release there is a "base" compendium/module (look for P6Ebase in modules). Cheers
