  1. Exactly this. I'll gladly pay more for a smyth-sewn hardcover!
  2. Is this a new or actual cover, rather than the blue background and Cthulhu with his hands together that I've always seen before?
  3. To say that's an improvement is a massive understatement!
  4. Clean and simple, very nice! And thanks to John!
  5. Thanks! Now if Chaosium and Design Mechanism could follow suit What's funny is Firefox shows this as partially secure, and when I checked details it shows this image path still using http: http://basicroleplaying.com/images/other/b1.gif
  6. Will gladly purchase the PDF directly from Chaosium as it'll give them full share of money, but I'd like to see the PDF on DTRPG updated as well for those who've purchased it from that site, as it hasn't since February (but I'd still like to give a nod to Chaosium for at least updating it on there since its release in Jun 2015!).
  7. Sure he wasn't talking about The Laundry RPG?
  8. Upon hearing this glorious news about a hardcover, I can only share mr_faust's sentiments!
  9. I'm very happy to hear that TDM will still be around and independent of Chaosium, and I look forward to this new Classic Fantasy! Has it been said if this will be softcover only or would a nice hardcover be an option?
  10. I'll likely wait for release (I assume it will be PoD?) but definitely keeping my eye on this.
  11. I'm glad the BGB will be available as PoD; I do hope they update the PDF as well though, since on DTRPG its Last Updated date is Jan 2007... I thought Magic World was gonna be PoD as well?
  12. While I could just fire up KeePass, I'm not really keen on having to create yet another account...
  13. D100 rule-set + OGL & SRD = instant purchase from me!
  14. Why is the Gold Book not listed at all?
  15. I'm REALLY happy to see an updated PDF with the errata applied; I just really wish y'all would have a POD option on DTRPG so I could order a hard-copy with this errata included. I mean I can get it printed+bound elsewhere, but an "official" paperback would see more money thrown from my wallet....
  16. I noticed both on Design Mechanism's site and Amazon that the hardcover is out of stock (actually on the DM site the hardcover link is not even there anymore, just for the PDF). Is a new printing forthcoming, or perhaps will join the French edition as print-on-demand?
  17. Can you give details as to why it's going away?
