Started with Basic D&D back in the early '80s, then AD&D and Traveller. Next came Shadowrun when it was released. I didn't game much for about 10 years, the got the Kids into D&D 4e and Savage Worlds. I didn't enjoy D&D 4e, so moved on to Pathfinder, as well as playing Fellowship of the White Star and I just recently started GMing Call of Cthulhu. I now do most of my gaming online using Fantasy Grounds.

  1. Hi, I have a question about the Secrets of Tibet, I think I found an error in one of the entries: Khthone, M’and Ybula Watcher STR 120 CON 115 SIZ 90 INT 100 POW 110 DEX 100 APP 75 (as human) HP 20 Build +2 Move 9 Damage Bonus: +1D6 Attacks: Sword 80%, damage 1D8+1+db Dodge 50% (25/10) Skills: Appear as Human 85%, Cthulhu Mythos 75%, History 80%, Persuade 75%, Stealth 80%. Spells: 1D6 as selected by keeper. As highlighted, the build is stated as +2 but with a STR of 120 and a SIZ of 90 (210 total), shouldn't it be +3? Accordingly the Damage Bonus would be +2D6. Is this an error? Or is there a reason the values don't match? In general, should we assume that the Build calculates correctly or are there many cases where it won't? Thanks Ian
