Logans Run basic incomplete
This is a very basic incomplete write up for Logans Run for BRP. there is optional rules for character creation. Data in this document is based on the movie, book and tv series when possible, i may include stuff from the comics in the future. The Mech Eagles and Watchmen stats are my best guess based on limited information in the book. I am hoping the second novel reveals more usable data, however my eyes are straining easily lately due to sinus pressure. Anyways use what you like nothiong is set in stone. if you find a mistake let me know. basic stats for civilians, DSA(Deep Sleep Agent) sandman, cubscouts, gypsies, mech eagles, watchmen. basic sandman weapons, and the gun. GM's and players have the option to use the version they prefer, be it the book, the movie or the tv series.
Anyways it should get you started, Happy gaming
This is a open office file, you will need microsoft word or similar to open it, or you can download open office for free.

Ok this is my set of hazards rules: hazards. Lava, toxic waste, radioactive waste, steam, earthquakes, electrical, laser fence, force fields, electric fences, kv power lines.
This most likely will be updated some, I most likely will add more hazards,
if you have a suggestion for a hazard let me know. If you find a mistake let me know!
Nothing here is written in stone, so use what parts you like, ignore the rest.
If you think my values are to high or to low then change them till it feels right to you!
I forgot to mention this is in .odt format so you will need microsoft word or office, or similar. If you don't have those i suggest OpenOffice its free!

This is a modified version of the original document i have open office rtf , and pdf format.
The most visible difference is the wind effects table witch has been modified to be more compatible with the BRP book.
Feel free to modify values as you see fit, if you think my values are to low or to high alter them till it feels right. nothing is set in stone.
This is version that i will be using in my Planet of the Apes(POTA) RPG. A work that is still in progress and will cover the classic POTA movies and tv, shows, but not the new movies. i am old school POTA fan.
Anyways i hope this is of use.

as far as MDC monsters in Rifts i recomend you ignore the MDC values and find the BRP EQuivalent and those stats and add any special skills or powers.

Some notes on converting RIFTS TO BRP
Armor values were difficult cause 1MDC= 100 SDC or 100 HIT POINTS!
if we converted it by that we end up with ridicoulous numbers in the 1000 of hp
100 MDC would be 10,000 hp and RIFTS is a high hit point system BRP is not!
So i had to work on this its not perfect but i works fairly well i think
Weapons were converted much easier as both games have stats for law rockets,90mm recoiless rifles and tank guns so with three values the rest was a logical progression i think.
I will make more rules and upload them when i can!

d20 and d100 die roll tables plus a critical hit effects table
its not a perfect system ,but hopefully someone can use it
Notes: Some critical hit effect are quite real and severe, game master
may alow luck roll to avoid death effects such as jugular hit,cerebal hemorage etc. if in hospital care its more likely however quite rare to
survive .
how to use the table simply roll a d20 0r d100 consult the hit location table then roll a d10 for critical effects cross refrence. us the list code and look at the bottom to find its effect.
