  1. Bah! Wish you'd announced this before I had bought volume 1 on lulu.
  2. It's on lulu: http://www.lulu.com/shop/newt-newport/openquest-basic-edition/paperback/product-21476953.html
  3. How frequently do you expect to be releasing these? May as well group as many as I can to save on shipping, if they're going to show up in rapid succession.
  4. I wondered the same thing. I'd be upset but I'm barely surprised anymore when backers from any Kickstarter (not just Chaosium's) aren't handled first. Also, the slipcases were supposed to be KS exclusives. And RQ1, Apple Lane, and Snakepipe Hollow are available here, but not yet (in print) to backers.

  6. Does this apply to just the core books, or all the KS softcovers? Petersen's Guide, etc.

  8. Will the game be in print, or is it pdf only?
  9. The slipcase was supposed to be a KS exclusive...
  10. Is there any difference between the two versions? Is the in store version a traditional printing, for example?
  11. I know it's not a large amount... but why do the prices differ?
  12. Aha! Thanks for pointing that out.
  13. Is there a separate errata doc for those of us with a print copy?
  14. An item I don't feel obligated to buy - what a rare treat!
  15. Hmm, hang on there. I have a print version (via Lulu, I think) of MRQ1 and RQ6 versions. And I have a pdf version of Kidnapping in Al-Halisa which appears to be for BRP. What's the MRQ2 version you mentioned? (would have PMed, but your inbox appears to be full)
  16. It was recently updated to RQ6: http://www.lulu.com/shop/paolo-guccione/stupor-mundi/paperback/product-21733729.html
  17. Arrived a couple days ago - west coast USA. Looks great!
  18. Bump to check in on print copies. Not a rush! Just curious.
  19. Any reason why the first volume omnibus isn't available for POD but the second volume is?
  20. Curious why the preview shows this as Renaissance Adventures #6, when that was already noted for The Case Of The Missing Professor.
  21. No no - it LISTS for $100 at Amazon. I can list a book for any price I want. That has no bearing on its value, unless it sells for that price. Actual price for a Superworld box set - $20-40.
  22. Hackmaster does this for opposed skill rolls. We converted all skill rolls to work this way for consistency.
  23. The other part of the confusion is that the BRP descendents share more than just a d100 (or d%) mechanic. Plenty of games use percentiles for the skill system or some other aspect, but if they're also class & level based, or don't have mechanics like SIZ, they're probably not BRP related, or so altered as to be VERY distant cousins. If you want to make a list of who's in the BRP family, we could do that, but it has been hashed out pretty well before.
  24. Is this different from the previous versions in any way?
