    Looking over the BRP draft lisence there's one question I have yet unanswered (or if it's in there I can't quite parse it): excluding the Chaosium-specific content, does the writer of a monograph retain the rights to other ideas used in the product? In other words can I still use the characters and locations and general storyline elsewhere or do they become property of Chaosium?
