Rules: This has been written for 7th edition. Call of Cthulhu is the trademark of Chaosium Inc.
Setting: 1920s, play length 3.5 hours, number of players 4-7 with pre-generated characters
The major change is I removed the Dimensional Shambler and and changed Walter Corbitt (big bad guy) to a supernatural ghost.

I also streamlined the encounter to complete in 3.5 hours.
