I agree chaosium have great customer service, any suggestion otherwise was a sarcastic response to an unhelpful poster.

Better customer service and cheaper? Well cheaper and able to implement a simple tech update.
Shame as I really like supporting companies directly. Particularly when they deserve it for their excellent work on the products.
As opposed to good customer service? Your right clearly it costs drivethrurpg so much effort theyâre haemorrhaging money.
However as it theyâre not even a date on the product page.
Love the books, donât want to randomly download them every several weeks.
Asked earlier but how will we know when the pdf is updated with corrections? Apparently Chaosium donât do emails like Drivethrurpg.
Iâd like to keep buying direct from the Chaosium store but itâs going to be frustrating if I keep having to ask have there been any updates.
