  • RPG Biography
I have been gaming since 1980 starting with the usual suspects (D&D, Traveler, T&T, warhammer, RQ ...) although my GM to ratio is around 99:1. These days I try some new systems but tend to stick to a couple of systems I like (CoC/BRP, SW, storyteller 2nd ed). I ran a PbEM (Sodium Noir) for over a decade and was moderator on the shadownessence Changling: the Dreaming forum for about 3 years.
  • Current games
Currently running Scion, Savage worlds homebrew fantasy and BRP: the Landry.
  • Location
    Wickford, Essex, UK
  • Blurb
I am a disabled gamer in the UK with more time on his hands that the current gaming group can keep up with. Equally fond of table top and play by email, currently studying for a BA (hons) in History.

  1. That remark is spot on! The fiction it is based on can be clunky and even cringe worthy at times but the basic idea behind it is endearing enough to make it worth sticking with it. The game book takes the concepts and really does a much better job of bringing them to life. Getting the PDF with the dead tree book is always nice but with the set up and concept of this game it really came into its own - I have printed out some of the 'in character' style parts of the book to use directly as hand outs and 'you'll need to read this' preparation. My circle of gamers have been bugging me for ages to run a game in our local town (Brentwood, essex, UK) and I think this is the game for that. I'm currently knocking up a secneario for just that with the laundry RPG. using Obsian Portal as wiki as a back up and should be running in a few weeks.
  2. is this the most up to date thread about the laundry? If it isn't i don't want to start talking and look like a newbie (which i of course clearly am).
