  1. Thank you EricW for sharing! I loved this, do these creators have other, similar, creations?
  2. Once more "At the Mountains of Madness" is the story controlling the top spot!
  3. Welcome back! I recently started playing CoC, and it rapidly became my favorite game, and BRP became my favorite system (I transferred over from D&D 5ed).
  4. Neil Pert was an inspiration, as well as one of the greatest drum gods of all time. He will be sorely missed, for his work was closer to the heart.
  5. This video is about RPGs in general. Please watch, as I believe all gamers should understand this.
  6. Well, it all has come down to this. Neck to neck as they approach the goal is "At the Mountains of Madness" and "The Shadow Out of Time" Vote now to discover the truth...
  7. New look, still trying stuff out. Join the Legion for videos every Wednesday, plus other content throughout the week. And stay tuned for SECRET ERROR...
  8. https://youtu.be/OtjDVMjwv6c Again, a video which is more for the uninitiated, but if you wish to support me, give it a watch or listen. Then, if you like the horrors unveiled before you, subscribe and join the growing LEGION...
  9. I know most of you probably already own a copy of this book, but hey, it's my latest video. Check it out and discover the truth. My opinionated version of the truth that is...
  10. My favorite kids show about terrorists descended from alien snakes who love shouting at each other to retreat, much like my second favorite kids show about terrorist "robot" aliens just trying to return home who also love shouting at each other to RETREAT!
  11. At the Mountains of Madness is now number 1!
  12. My newest video, which describes my opinion on how to "avoid" (although it's really on how to use correctly), the ever controversial topic of RAILROADING...
  13. Yeah, color out of space would be my pick for most original, at least to me. When I read that story, I was mainly thinking WTF the whole time. Also, Whisper in the Darkness' atmosphere is the most compelling (in my opinion) of his work.
  14. Good Evening fellow mortals. If you would like to follow my RPG/YouTube journey (don't say I didn't warn you of the inherent danger in such an endeavor), come check you my channel Dethstrok9. This is the beginning of the end for me, but hopefully you shall find some enlightenment before you spontaneously rip your eyeballs out... I post every Wednesday, and this blog will keep you up to date on most of my videos. Thank you for reading, see you sooner than you think... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-m0ZQCOCX4QaNugbUAsTiA
  15. The journey got off to a rocky start when the 3 fools met in MacDonald's for a planning phase. The session quickly spiraled downhill for the players as no one could find the light, and nothing they did mattered. They also killed everyone they came in contact with... The horror began with jokes and ended in ironic terror as minds were blown and games were metaed. Join us again next Saturday for the second (likely final) part to this tale. You will evilly laugh at their futile and feeble attempts to escape their destiny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=os8MTuVDTIg&t=9428s
  16. I know. If you wish to discuss it further, reach out to me as I love talking about this stuff, but I feel this forum is not the place for that. As I said, I respect all opinions and will leave it at that.
  17. Well, I love the game. I'm likely going to purchase the core books and mix systems. Thank you for all your assistance!!
  18. WOW! The Shadow Out of Time is number one on the charts right now!
  19. I completely understand. The current state of the world is screwed up pretty bad. However, separation of church and state is a invasion of the right to "free speech" and was never part of the constitution... My philosophy? Let people live as they want, if it doesn't effect me, I don't care.
  20. I personally didn't love "At the Mountains of Madness" (mainly because of the main character and his writing style), but I also have heard that it's super important to his mythos. I have never read Smith's writing, so I can't really comment on his work. I voted for Charles Dexter Ward because of its amazing storytelling and the fact that it is a complete story which actually has an ending, however, some other personal favorites include The Whisperer in Darkness and Reanimator.
