I was hoping to get some clarification on what is and is not okay for inclusion in a Miskatonic Repository. "Material included in Chaosium products under license.Licensed material not available for community use includes, but is not limited to, the Mythos creations of Ramsey Campbell, the Mythos creations of Brian Lumley, and Mythos fiction released by Chaosium under license. Please check the copyright statements in your Chaosium products to determine ownership and copyright." So, I go to look at the copyright notice in 7e, and as far as I can tell from the copyrights listed "materi

The Miskatonic Repository Catalogue is an Excel 365 spreadsheet listing hundreds of titles available from Chaosium’s community content web store for Call of Cthulhu. Based on the information authors make available on DriveThruRPG product pages, it summarises the setting and time periods for each scenario, analyses price per page, links to two review sites and identifies best-sellers and titles that are available in print or foreign-language versions. Please note: there is no “added value” beyond what you could get by reading all 390+ product descriptions for yourself, hunting for onlin

Hi folks, I'm from Brazil, and I started writing my ideas for CoC, and I'm going to publish them on the Miskatonic Repository. This is the first of them: http://tiny.cc/mi0zsz MYTHOS EXPLORERS #1 - DOOR TO THE SKY (PAMPHLET ADVENTURE) This is a pamphlet with an adventure structure for Call of Cthulhu 7th. Print, fold, and play. This is an ideal adventure for a short game, lasting an hour or two. The text presents the idea of a complete scenario, with scenes and clues and a new alternative rule for skills. Keepers can add their own ideas to create a bigger adventure or start a campaign.

If you haven't seen it yet, my latest Miskatonic Repository adventure was posted, the Spark of Life. One of the stand-out features is that it was designed to be played with the Keeper and one player; which is why I'm calling it "An Isolated Investigator Adventure." It is my belief that a Call of Cthulhu adventure can be more frightening and tension filled if there is only one lonely player/Investigator. My question to the group is this... are adventures designed for just a single player something you'd be interested in? Is the mystery more terrifying or just frustratingly more diff

When we launched the Miskatonic Repository community content program late last year we stipulated that, for the time being, all content had to be in English. This was just while we found our feet with the program, and had a chance to talk to all the various Call of Cthulhu foreign language licencees about the new resource. However, we are now happy to announce that the Miskatonic Repository is now open to Call of Cthulhu submissions in any language! We will update the Content Guidelines to reflect this shortly, but no need to delay if you have something you'd like to share. Please
