  2. I would like to start a Masks campaign on Roll 20 using Pulp rules. I'd love for the campaign to be character/story driven for 4-5 investigators. Due to the length of it, we would meet weekly on Roll 20/Discord. If you're interested then sign up using the questionnaire below (all times are EST) https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd6gSXHZ2t1BThvrmJpIvkdk71WgsaJFN4wBKxNC5DeVvT_QA/viewform

  6. Hi Just to let you know that corrected PDFs for the following books have been uploaded to the Chaosium website (go via your Completed Orders), DriveThru RPG, and Bits & Mortar. Call of Cthulhu Rulebook Investigator Handbook (well, this will be uploaded within the next 3-4 hours) Keeper Screen Pack (Keeper Reference Booklet) Doors to Darkness Pulp Cthulhu The Two-Headed Serpent The Grand Grimire of Cthulhu Mythos Magic.
  7. I'm starting a modern day campaign planning to use the pulp rules for a more action oriented game. Using the standard modern character sheet really isn't a big problem, as the differences are not that great, but it would be neat to have a sheet that lists the pulp rules in the summary, has space for archetype etc. This would be nice for all the periods listed in "Through the ages", actually, though right now, for my part, it's the modern one I need. Does anyone know if someone has made something like this or if we could expect to see official ones from Chaosium?

  16. I have a quick question relating to the optional rules regarding alcohol (pp72/73): I don't know if it's just my misreading but I feel there is some missing text or similar. The rule says that an inebriated character is temporarily immune to San loss, then states if a roll is below a certain amount, it is ignored, but if higher the result is recorded but loss applied after the alcohol effects wear off; the next section details the use of an INT roll to see if full or partial SAN loss occurs (upon sobering up). From the order of the rules it appears that a drunk character could "ignore"
  17. I'm reading through Pulp Cthulhu in preparation for running a low pulp MoN. I noticed two different explainations of the pulp talent: Resilient From the Talent list: (p25) Resilient: may spend Luck points to shrug off sanity loss, on a one-for-one basis. From the Luck Spend to Reduce Sanity Loss Example: (p61) Dirk also has the Resilient Talent; his player decides to spend 10 further luck to reduce sanity loss by 5. Not to be a stickler, as I could make the call based on what works best for my game but was this intentional or is there a specific intent for the
