davewire
I’m putting together a binder full of various weird and strange items from redacted reports to photographs of paranormal phenomena for a possible Delta Green campaign. I got a few things from HPLHS and found a bunch of images online and printed a few photos to add to it. I’m calling it “The Black Dossier”. I’d like everything in it to look as real and official as possible. If anyone has any ideas of things to add or images they can share I’d appreciate it. 1

davewire
My latest idea: I printed out a few pages from Lin Carter’s “The King in Yellow” play fragment from “The Hastur Cycle” collection. (I also added a watermark of the Yellow Sign.) I’m gonna stain these and tear and crumple them up a bit. I may even burn them a little. Maybe they’re bits from the copy Castaigne threw in the fire!
alter
Sorry for the delay in answering Your call @davewire Couple of thing You may use in Your “The Black Dossier” : https://cthulhureborn.wordpress.com/downloads/ - on the bottom of this page You got Essex County Autopsy Report Blank - a very cool handout. Also on this page: https://cthulhureborn.wordpress.com/downloads/downloads-dateline-lovecraft/ - big gazette with multiple articles that can be used as hooks for adventures. Also from this page: https://cthulhureborn.wordpress.com/support/support-mutable-deceptions-1-jazz-age-newspapers/ - You can create any articles You want/need in this file. Very useful handout. My favorite. https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/294602/Investigator-Passports - one of the coolest little handout I've ever encounter - using it for my Heroes of Rura-Tonga Pulp Cthulhu campaign. Shameless plug: You can see what I'm doing for this campaign on my blog BigThingSWithSmallWings Edited June 14, 2020 by alter
