Butters
I might be a little late to the party on this but the Dee Sanction setting by Just Crunch games seems to offer up some interesting adventures and ideas (With a little tweaking). Its for a different ruleset and set during the Elizabethan era so forty(ish) years out but I still think they still provide a good solid foundation for further Civil war adventuring or just another cool ruleset option for historical(ish) gaming, which is never a bad thing. I think Drivethru is the best to get these but they do have their own website.
Chekmx
My friend is helping to test the foundry vtt implementation of this which means I get to play this in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to it.
HierophantX
Renaissance doesn’t have to always be ECW Butters! We can do it with Hussites!
Firebird01
Might be fun to combine bits of Pirates and Dragons (and indeed Dark Tide) with the Elizabethan penchant for letting your Navy be run by privateers like Walter Raleigh (their habit of trying not to sink ships so they could plunder them made decisive naval battles difficult).

True, but I fear we won't see the end of this story. Edited August 20, 2021 by Butters
HierophantX
I wish he would write more. It's an amazing setting. I think he was toying with using Zweihander as a home, but meh?
