DamonJynx Posted June 21, 2022 Share Posted June 21, 2022 Don't know about others but I had a tricky issue, sent the Customer Service team an email at around midday AEST UTC+10, well outside US business hours and Dustin got back to me with a resolution 1st thing in the morning. Bloody brilliant! Could not possibly ask for better service. Even more of a fan now.
