Spells for Odayla

Odayla is traditionally associated with the bow, probably more than any other Orlanthi god. I would expect this to hold true for worshipers as well (as was the case in HeroWars).

Bow is a cultural weapon for Sartarites, Esrolians, Tarshites, Old Tarshites and half the Praxian tribes in the Core Rules.

Charriot Driver, Herder, Hunter, and Light Cavalry are the occupations that receive cultural missile weapon skills.

Foundchild and Odayla are the only current cults that teach bow as a cult skill (half price).

Orlanth and Storm Bull also have it as one of the five skills to become a Rune Lord, the Rune Lords will be teaching bow to initiates as it's part of the Rune Lord path.

It would seem that overall, Orlanth and Storm Bull cults are the most associated with the bow. with the majority being herders and light cavalry.

Lightbringers book does not explain Bearwalkers benefits. What do we use? Standar benefits for rune lords?

In the absence of any rules explicitly contradicting them, I would use the standard benefits (1d10 DI, species max POW resist, etc) for rune levels of all cults.

Always use the Core Rules Rune Lords section (page 278), unless contradicted or changed by the cult writeup. The same goes for other cult ranks.

If Chaosium ever reprints the Cults books, this should be added to them in a preface or intro - benefits, requirements and restrictions follow the Core Rules unless noted.  Personally, I'd also add a short summary of those core rules.
