Question about Event Report Form

Hello! I'm a new Keeper looking forward to running Call of Cthulhu games at local events. I was looking at the Event Report Form and there was a question "Did you notify us of this event in advance?" Who can I notify about events in advance? Thanks!

I was also wondering after reporting an event, do you hear anything back? How do you know if you've been credited for it?
