I was planning to wait for the Keeper Book (or some scenario-book) as I'm mostly interested in scenarios, and don't buy rules / settings without scenarios or a campaign, but this looks too good, so I will probably order it as soon as it is available 🙂

There are a couple of dozen already. You can easily find them if you filter the superb Miskatonic Playhouse Scenario Map by era.
