Chaos Feature spell from RBOM

It seems there is a (still unnoticed) error in the Chaotic Features (RBOM p25) of the Chaos Feature spell: Roll 55-56 gives "+2D6 meters MOV per strike rank." and MOV is now per round, and not anymore per SR. I haven't found it in 13311-the-red-book-of-magic-corrections-thread, nor in the Well of Daliath.

I am sure that Scotty will answer officially, but I'd just add +2D6 to Move.

I probably would do the same.

Scotty answered this is not an error, but I don't understand how it could not be an error, because MOV is per round, not per SR.

It fits in with the premise that the RQG rules are, in part, an unholy mishmash of RQ2 and RQ3 rules, and that some parts use incompatible rules.  Movement is one of these. RQ3 said "RQ2 Movement doesn't really work on a SR basis, so let's turn Movement into by SR". RQG seems to be saying "We like RQ2 Movement, so we have kept that, but Movement doesn't really work on a SR basis, so let's use RQ3 Movement for SR without any real explanation".
