The Return

So one of my go-to movie companies is Bleeker Street. I tend to pay attention to what they have to offer even if I don't see the film, but I do find myself seeing quite a few of them.

What does this have to do with RQ or Glorantha?

Bleeker is releasing a film in the US that tells the story Odysseus' return to Ithaca after decades away and many travels. And it stars Ralph Fiennes, one of the best actors of our generation and the incomparable Juliette Binoche.

This is my current game! The homecomings (Nostoi) from Troy. We are a year of game-world time in and the Heroes have continued to busy themselves in Asia and not yet voyaged home - it looks as if at least one will settle for good and never return to Greece. But they have taken control of a small kingdom, hunted a heroic wild boar, founded an oracle, raided an island, and murdered an immortal son of Poseidon.

Poseidon was kind of like Zeus... he used the mortal world like Thunderdome 😆 Any of his children that couldn't make the cut weren't missed much. And he had fewer favorites than Zeus did.
