D Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 I'm finally starting to build the moon boat from strangers in Prax. I don't have access to the book at the moment, does anybody know the dimensions of the boat? Using the maps from the strangers in Prax companion and working on the assumption that the beds are 2 metres long, I think the boat is 45 meters by 13 meters at its widest. Quote
Ian A. Thomson Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 There is a wonderful set of non-canon deckplans in Vol. 04A of the P&BRC:DC series. Not to replicate, but in case this inspires any ideas 1 Quote ------------------------------------ Former Issaries Inc. Yes, the SiP Companion is 4A I know it is a larger Moon Boat than the one described, but I also read somewhere that there are different sized boats, so I called this one the (luxury) flagship :) Since it also features in a scenario in Vol. 06 when the Adventurers take a trip on it, I decided for reasons of MGF to make it large enough to (just about) be an actual explorable environment with some public facilities. D Posted December 12, 2024 Author Posted December 12, 2024 i didn't know the book number, thank you. I'm using those plans to build my moon boat. I did a bit of research and by my measurements it's 10m longer and 1 meter wider than the Mary Rose, which seems about right 1 Quote
