Will Geo"s be in a Cults book?

At this point (12/2024) the Dragon Pass book in published and mentions Geo"s, but only Geo's locations.  The explanation of Geo's both as a chain of inns and as a cult, did not appear in the Lightbringers book ( nor did the cult of Sartar appear there).

It looks to me as if these will not be in any of the new cults books.  They are minor cults, and like city cults I have the impression they are not in the cults book plan.  Today, my only reference for Geo's is in the RQ2 Cult Compenfium.

Since they are in the Dragon Pass book as locations, wouldn't it be too bad if  no RQG explanation appeared?

Where do you think Geo's cult might be shoehorned into Glorantha again?  Maybe in the Sartar book, which may be the second Lands book, which seems likely to be printed in spring?

IMO It would be more likely to be in the Sartar Book in shortform (like the Green Bow Cult in LoR Dragon Pass).

True, I had forgotten that source.  Has a nice map of the Geo's chain, too.

And here I was digging through all the Grand Pavis books trying to find it... I knew it was in one of the Jonstown supplements I own.

Glad I could help out, guys. If you'd like to do me a favour in return, go rate our book on DriveThruRPG. (Here's a link to its page on the legacy site, which still lets you leave star ratings without needing a review.)

I can't leave a star rating because I bought my copy at Chaosiumcon.  But I did leave a descriptive comment.

On the topic of Geo, I have the Rough Guide to Boldhome and in fact two of my PCs are currently staying at a Geo Inn. I was wondering if there's any more information about Geo's Bouncer and why it takes on such a sinister aspect of an executioner? It feels like there is context I am missing

That's what Greg wrote. I can tell you from experience (in previous runs of Home of the Bold) that the Lunar Army was always more cautious about taking on Geo's Bouncer than any mere group of Sartarite rebels. And rightly so.

misappropriating from the "Dumbest Theory" thread:
Because the Bouncer is actually a helering transman Babeester Gori Axe Sister, protecting the Earth Temple that is a Geo's
