People of all cultures gift bells to one another and generally make noise to drive away "trolls" and proclaim to the Caretakers that they are here to stay. Even the Rakshasa allow this holiday in their cities though like everything their festival celebrates the Glorious Empire more than anything. So, Joyous Bell Festival to you all.
