Looking for info on an old board game.

I'm looking for some information on an old board game that I think was produced by Chaosium, or written by one of their staff at that time. It was published in the late 1970s to 80s, and is about warring factions on a flooded planet Earth. I can remember a zeppelin and a sailing ship, as well as a map of the Flooded Earth. I was thinking it would make a good setting for some scenarios. I've tried to use various search engines to find the damned thing, but no luck. Can any of you grognards please help this forgetful old timer with some info, or possibly a link, to this game? :D

Chaosium can sell you a mint copy of the game from its archives, if you are interested.

Ooooh. I don't see it listed on the chaosium.com website, but I'm certainly interested if the OP isn't.

Thanks for the link Stoatbringer, :) and thanks for the offer Rick, but I haven't got the cash to buy such an interesting game. So trystero is lucky. I hope you get your sale, and trystero gets a game that is fun to play.  :D
