It's not a guide - it's a set of suggestions. It is unaffected by the new edition.

I'm not going to label these mini-sketches, but these are my non-canonical take on central Genertelan forces.

The Lunar/Orlanthi/Praxian/Yelmalions etc. should be easy to identify.

I was curious if your suggestions had continued to evolve as the new edition with the latest art direction became publicly available.

I appreciate having your suggestions and the visual reference. Would it be possible to have your visual reference in higher resolution though? I lose a ton of detail when I try to zoom in for closer inspection. There are some obvious units, but some of them it’s not immediately apparent what forces they’re meant to represent.

At present I can't provide larger images (hoping that the book might be published in some form, one day). These are all seriously reduced in size.

Not to detract from Martin's sterling work, you can also get a very Gloranthan feel by mixing and matching, parts from different models.

I just created a very believable(but unmounted) Grazelander figure by combining late Roman infantry body, Scythian style head and Mongol bow and quiver.
