Infinity Engine have launched their Kickstarter for the adversaries from the RQ Quickstart's "Broken Tower" scenario (http://bit.ly/2fgCobY).

Two Sprul-Pa, a Dream Weft, three Menhir and the Stone Woman. And two iconic Rock Lizards! There are backer levels from cardboard stand-ups right through to fully-painted sets where you can customise the colors!

The Kickstarter runs until October 9—check it out at the link:

"Pledge $38 - the full set of models for the Broken Tower Adventure, this is a 25% savings over the full price."

So...full price for the figures for Broken Tower (a "free" adventure) is basically $50?

Er.

OK.

They're damned pretty, but no wonder I don't buy figures.

FWIW standups for Broken Tower print beautifully on cardstock (I use the big binder paper clips as bases)

I see they are also selling standup cardboard for really-cheap, so there's that!

If, y'know, $50 is too much (which it is, for me, for this product).  These KS prices are a bit lower, if that's relevant to folks' decisions.

If I had *LOTS* of opportunities to run The Broken Tower (e.g. I lived in a major-metro area with lots of gamers / game-stores), *AND* the $50 came with 5-6 PC figures for the scenario, I'd do it in a heartbeat.  But most of this seems to me to have minimal replay-value.

Yes, the $1.50 or whatever for a pdf is certainly fair.
