According to my BRP book, this spell cost 1 pp per level (or 1 pp if you are casting the summon elemental sorcery), my question is that if this isn't too overpowered. I used to play Elric! which uses the same summoning rules of 5th edition Stormbringer, and summoning elemental usually cost at least 28 pp... But I have read some criticism in the web for this system made summoning too difficult. I never played 3rd edition Stormbringer, but I own some books (the rogue mistress campaign) and I know they used a skill called summoning (does anyone know how it worked?). I’m planning to run a High fantasy campaign and I want to know what you think of the balance issues of this spell?
