A quick question on regarding the Miskatonic Repository:

In one place the guidelines refer to only using rules from the main rule book, Investigator's book, Keeper's screen, and Pulp Cthulhu.  Other sections seem to indicate CoC 7th Edition as a whole.  I have a scenario that leans heavily on the rules for Become the Spectral Hunter, which is now in the Grand Grimoire. Are the rules in that book off-limits for Miskatonic Repository publications?

That should be fine - but include reference to the Grimoire, so people can check the original spell.

Jon Hook has a new scenario out, Spark of Life, this one designed for a Keeper and one Investigator. In the preview I really like the page background! I know not everyone's a fan of them, and I don't know if the PDF utilizes layers to hide it and/or save ink on printing, but I noticed it and was easy on my eyes.

Hey cool - for Free RPG Day LIFEHACKER suggests heading over to DTRPG's Miskatonic Repository to download "The Premiere of the King" (http://bit.ly/2MBQXXw), one of the new 'pay what you want' Call of Cthulhu releases there!

And Geek Native notes that 'The Premier of the King' is also CURRENTLY in the Top 10 list of Free RPGs on DriveThruRPG ('pay-what-you-want' is counted as free):

Here's a great selection of new Call of Cthulhu community titles on DriveThruRPG! Congratulations to all the authors, especially first-time publishers in the Miskatonic Repository.

In 2018 the ENnie Awards introduced a new award Best Organized Play. Despite the name, looking at the nominations this year four out of five of them are actually community content creations in the DM's Guild, (the DnD equivalent of the Miskatonic Repository). So for next year's ENnies, we encourage Miskatonic Repository creators to submit their work for consideration. Submissions will open after Gen Con!
