One of the great things about the Rune Point pool and the availability of common Rune spells is having Spirit Block at hand if you're initiated into any cult. Conclusion : Bound spirit (except if Shaman) is useless on all these situations Thanks My reading of the sections on spirits (in both RGQ and Bestiary) says that it shouldn't be a problem to sick (possibly pun intended, if it's a Disease Spirit) onto another spirit inhabiting someone's body, such as a ghost. Don't forget, unless you have a Control type spell for the bound spirit, it only obeys your first command... so you could lose it, or worse, it may decide to possess your friend. Healing Spirits do this sort of thing specifically against Disease Spirits. For exorcising a Ghost, I'd suggest an Ancestor Spirit such as Richard Simmons or Jane Fonda... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Glamour is effective as it adds a lot to your Spirit Combat Chances and damage. Or is he doom In RQ2, Spirit Combat terrified us and we often had Rune Lords running away if in Spirit Combat, as they often had low POW, following DIs, and being brought to 0 POW through Spirit Combat used to kill you. Now, it isn't too bad, as you only get possessed. What we tend to do is to have an agreement that if we are attacked by Spirit Combat, we would say a key phrase, or do something unusual but pre-arranged, so that the other PCs would know that we hadn't been possessed.
