I want to be able to ask my book a question and have it magically open to the right page without me having to touch it hehe.

Ah, good. I was already wondering what to do with the 4,575 cubic meters
of wheatpaste I have ordered if the apocalypse were postponed. There are
not that many uses for such a lot of wheatpaste, apart from building secon-
dary homeworlds, you know.
And now I have to find me a real long ladder to reach the construction site,
and some way to pump the Atlantic over to my own world ("Rustworld" does
not exactly sound nice ...?) once I have finished the seabeds and the Hima-
laya ...
The question of how to move the Atlantic Ocean has been answered!!! Just bring a copy of D&D 4th edition to the construction site and its suckieness will pull all the seawater to you!!!

Gotta say the quick glimpse I got of this PDF at threedeesix's house left me wanting more! I plan on picking this up as soon as I can get the money together after Xmas. The detail in it is simply incredible!

Awesome, I know hit locations aren't for everyone, I've tried to not use them on several occasions, but all my players just love that extra D20 as everyone waits to see if a head is gonna roll.
I'm not gonna say that everyone will have the same luck that my group has had, but with the Total Hit Point method and Fate Points, they should have just enough advantage to keep things edge of the seat exciting, yet mostly survivable. :thumb:
My group lost only one character more than two years ago, and purple worms swallow whole, no hit locations necessary. Sorry to bring it up Greg, I know it's a sore subject. >:->

Yeah Yeah, least I have the distinction of being the only member of our current group to be killed in our games lol.

Yeah if he already plays that way then he should be able to be a pretty deadly wizard in CF.

I think if your 2 wizards are used to being overpowered, then if they come out balanced against the other classes, they're still going to feel "shafted". It's unfortunate for them but they aren't going to be dropping hideously powerful spells left and right anymore. But in our group, our Wizard has simply started playing more strategically and only uses his spells where they'll be most effective.

Absolutely loved the character creation process! Can't wait to pick this up when I get some money together.

Yeah, as Classic Fantasy is pretty much a way to play D&D with a much better system, priest became cleric to better bring back that nostalgic feel. As a matter of fact lots of terminology has changed for the same reason.
For example...
Allegiance: Alignment
Appearance: Charisma
Power Point: Magic Point
Sorcerer: Magic-User
1st Level: Grilled Cheese Sandwich
10th Level: Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup
20th level: Steak

Could always think about reducing the time required for repairs or creation, or maybe that their repairs/creations are more effective than anyone else's.

Vault Boy, of course. What was I thinking?
Thanks for the info, Rod. This would really make a good game, I feel. And there are at least two post-apocalyptic sourcebooks on the make for BRP, they might well be useful for Fallout too?
I'm in the Same group as threedeesix and I still call him the Pip Boy instead of the Vault Boy lol
