We're using the RQG character sheet that comes with Roll 20 (which is fine, but not ideal - especially as a GM as I'm constantly having to tell it to use the NPC sheet), but I am just keeping track of hit points, magic points, and so on for NPCs in an Excel spreadsheet rather than try to force Roll 20 to look after it for me. It works OK for PCs though.
One of my players recently donated so that I now have the ad-free version and "rollable tables", which I haven't had a chance to look at yet.
I was a bit short on time for prep on Saturday; when I needed an impala for my hunting table, I just grabbed the first result on the web search, which turned out to be the car. My players were amused.
The NPC is ok but doesnt roll for special or crit damage which is a pain

My online RQG GM (Steve; I don't think he's on this forum) has created a zillion macros and we have just about everything needed to play on Roll20: strike ranks, augments, spell effects, spell durations,... but he's been improving that for two years now. Maybe Chaosium should simply purchase his macros 🙂
I would potentially like to! for personal use obviously...

"Spell Strike Rank", p108: I think the text is missing the fact that you're not supposed to count the first magic point of the spell. And to be fair, the rulebook is also missing it in a spot or two... so it's possible this isn't a mistake but a rule simplification? (edit: I realized that, on p9, Rune Magic also now gets +1 SR for each MP... no skipping the first... while I welcome this simplification, it may be worth it to add a sentence that confirms the change from the rulebook?)
Summary table, p109: Binding Enchantment is incorrectly listed as a 3-point spell.
"Distraction", p113: the first sentence of the second paragraph ("When cast on a spirit...") seems badly worded. I suppose it should read "it automatically draws the spirit away".
I spotted this, the maths is easier this way though I am sure players will complain

This is great, one of my players is the Thane of Apple Lane and is marrying into the Hiording, he managed to persaude the Cheif's daughter to accept him so I think this will be very handy!

Hey there,
Just seeing this now. The Cradle of Heroes character generator also allows random NPC creation. Here's a random Healer of the Bison Riders and initiate of Ernalda.
You can also randomly create groups of opponents or NPCs as part of a random hero band.
Cheers!
Chris
cradle of heroes is great for npc's
