Suppress is the wrong word born out of fragments of information from the net as to why it's no longer available. Is there anything that myself and others who would dearly like to see it published again in some form can do? Would Chaosium consider putting it out, maybe in pdf form initially? (if Penelope Love didn't object of course) As Andre Jarosch said -

I agree, it would be amazing if this happened and would do much better justice to the work. How could the ball start rolling to turn this into a reality? Surely if people started to register their support for republication it would be a good thing. It would be a very great shame if it was forgotten and never reached the wider audience it deserves.

Anyone who reads this, please lobby Chaosium, any way you can, to allow the Chaos Society to republish The Widow's Tale by Penelope Love. It's a crime to suppress it.
