    Hi All, I am new to Call of Cthulhu, and just found this forum for the questions I have from reading the rulebook. It's going to be very helpful, so thanks 🙂 The answers in this thread are just what I needed, but I would like to query one thing in MikeM's post. Page 19 in the Starter Set rules book gives an exception to "Everyone initiates their action on DEX in a round", and that is a character's next action is forfeited if they dived for cover.
