    I am quite new to playing TTRPGs. They are something I've been interested in for some time, but I have only recently managed to put together to group to play with. In terms of play experience I have currently keepered five or so games of Call of Cthulhu.

    The way I take it, 1/2 means you use it once every two rounds and you can't do a different action on the off round.
