Hello. Quick rule question. My reading of the core book is that if you have temporary sanity, it lasts 1d10 hours and you recover after a good night's sleep (p164). But does that mean that you regain the sanity points you lost temporarily? Or that you lose the points forever, but the effects only last 1d10 hours? I'm a bit confused.
