  1. Thank you so murch for kind worlds! Definitely will try them! 🤩
  2. Thank you for illumination! Then is it meant to be a demonic rendition of Nysalor?
  3. How many Ascended Masters are out there? It comes off the Westerners have fewer heroes than other people, Ascended Mastes or otherwise.
  4. How deeds of Argarth ultimately changed the world? It is said that Glorantha became, essentially, Earth. No gods, no spirits, no magic, no nonhumans, no living myths.
  5. Why most of Dragonnewts and other draconic creatures live in Kralorela, despite of historical significance of the Dragon Pass? After all, the Dragon Nest is located in the Dragon Pass, and that is why the Dragonkill did occur. Does the East contain a greater Nest? And what is the nature of the Void and otherworlds the True Dragons ultimately return by performing utuma?
  6. It looks like the Malkioni pantheon is largely composed of appropriated local Earth and Hsunchen deities and deities from other pantheons, rather than the genealogy of Malkioni family and relatives and their descendents. In this respect, the Western pantheon fundamentally differs from other pantheons, for so-called Malkioni pantheon isn't really the Malkioni pantheon. Nor it is similar to the Lunar or Fonritan pantheons, because in the West, mortals usually can't become gods. And we know next to nothing about mythic age gods and heroes of the West. Wondering the up and coming Invisible God and other Western books may expand and flesh out the Malkioni pantheon.
  7. Didn't the so-called remaining three people establish their own colonies across the world? Besides of Vadeli and Waertagi, it looks as if only the Kachasti had ever ventured out and established colonies outside of the their homeland. It is ironic that Vadeli once lived in inland areas. As for the Vadeli, how they had become that powerful? Measuring size and extent of territory, they had the greatest godtime empire, with a number of sub-empires. They were the most numerous and widespread people by far, breeding out like vermins. Broos and other fertile monsters can't even start to compete with them.
  8. They are all lovely, but the Invisble God is invoking the greatest interest. Ardenty looking forward to appreciate it. Does the cult series include the eastern and southern mythos? Should peruse Stafford Library works. Really love them, but the sheer density of information is sometimes overwhelming 😓
  9. Like this explanation the most. But if the Invisible God and Devil are the universe, why they possess fewer Inifnity rune than Arachne Solara and how they can be reached and communicated as if they are anthropologized principels of the cosmos (i.e. your normal greater gods)? And if the Devil is the cosmos, how the it could have been killed and devoured? If mystery predates law and reason, revealed and imparted by the Invisible God, dosen't it mean theistic gods are stronger, more firmly embedded in the structure of the universe, or something of that line? How could the Creator of the universe have been denied so fundamentally, so comprehensively?
  10. How much of Zzabur Says is truth? He looks as if naturally taking credit for everything. He comes off as the single most unreliable narrator of the Gloranthan mythology.
  11. has anyone noticed identity of the darkness deity on the cover of the Lightbringers? It is also interesting that on the contrary to the other deity, the Red Goddess doesn't look hostile to Orlanth.
  12. Wondering the Western Myth the most inaccurate and false myth of the Glorantha. Stafford himself stated Zzabur myth, the principal source of the Western myth, is false. Just as false as the Chaotic myth. How credible is Zzabur? How much has been said by him can be reliably believed? Is he the greatest liar in the entire history of Glorantha, overshadowing even Eurmal? Stafford also stated the Red Goddess myth is false, too. Does it confirm she has been an evil Chaos deity all along?
  13. Is the Invisible God real? Even if it is real, if mystery predates law and reason, it can't be all-powerful. Infinity rune is owned by Arachne Solara, and it dosen't even have a Mastery rune. The ultimate creator and prime mover of cosmos who can't even master itself, and less infinite than enforcer of the Cosmic Compromise? Also, in the numeric order of the Cults, the Invisible God is penultimate, located below the Horned God and followed only by the Lunar Gods. Wondering whether it does intimate that the Invisible God is the lastest god to come, or at least be revealed, in Time. Considering mystery predates and hold precedence over law and reason, perhaps the former might be closer to the truth.
  14. Expansion and exposition of myths will be more than sufficient. In this context, the Prosopaedia and Mythology have done a magnificent expatiation, and they make readers want ever more, go ever further, seek ever deeper. Ardently looking forward to see more detailed, encyclopedic treatment. The results so far have been admirable and awe-inspiring, but I think it could and will be be even better.
  15. If there is any condolence, it is that Annilla and Artmali will likely get a treatment in the future cult series. Hoping they will contain more detailed and intricate information. Who knows, it might lead to an epiphany on the subject of the Moons.
  16. Very unfortunately indeed 😢 Then, unfortunately, I have already read practically all available sources of the mythic age 😅 Can only hope more dedicated lore books to come in the future... if they come out at all 🥺
  17. Have perused them all. Fascinated by the lore. The Blue Moon and Artmali have been among the most powerful movers and shakers of the mythic age, and see how far the mighty have fallen. Even the reviled Vadeli haven't been sunken so low. Unfortunately, as a Glorantha noob, haven't been able to get to read much of the deeper, older lore. Deeply wishing to appreciate more Godtime lore in the future. Dearly hoping future books may shed more light on the subject, give more nuggets to chew on, if not a dedicated Godtime lore book. Any deeper illumination of the Godtime would be welcomed, especially the less parts, such as the West, Artmali, Pamaltela or the East.
  18. No concrete evidence actually. Primarily inferred from the echoes of the lingering powers and power and extent of civilizations under her worship. Gods worshipped and served by greater civilizations are typically more powerful than lesser counterparts 😛 You consider "moon" is essentially an illusion crafted and imposed on by Chaos? That is a very interesting take for sure. Still, a god of such power and scope should have had associated deities, if not a dedicated pantheon. Their almost total absence couldn't been gone unnoticed. And we know very few Blue Moon heroes and demigods. Most of them are not even humans.
  19. Deeply appreciating your illumination!
  20. Besides, deeper knowledge and insights on the mythic Pamaltela and its peoples, cultures, civilizations is always welcomed! Going up to the history, Pamaltela had been a very intriguing place to learn and explore, full of mysteries and intrigues, especially at the time of myths and legends. It is unfortunate that modern age Pamaltela outside of Fonrit has become... less interesting than it has been, for a lack of better words.
  21. A very interesting and illuminating perspective. Thank you for providing a food for thought. It should be noted that I think the true golden age of Gloranthan civilization was early to middle Storm Age, rather than the rueful Golden Age.
  22. still get the impression the world has shrunk. Has it been confirmed that size of cosmos as a whole has remained unchanged since the end of the Golden Age? When the world has ceased to expand?
  23. Have wondered what are they, where they reside, how they interact with the world, what are prerequisites to be acknowledged as a Saint, in what manners and aspects they do differ from Abrahamic equivalents, etc. It looks like they are neither minor gods nor spirits. Are they alike to powerful ancestors?
