Can a player character be an initiate of more than 2 cults?

If an orlanthi initiate becomes an initiate of storm bull [an associated cult allowed by rule onp275] at what level do they learn sense chaos? Do they get the bonus of say p77 ie sense chaos +20%? Do they get any other skill bonus?
