The last few weeks of summer are dropping off the calendar as students prepare for the upcoming semester. A notice appears on the student bulletin boards announcing extra credit to participate in a small expedition to the nearby hills of Vermont to gather more input from the previous year's expedition. Gossip about last year's expedition - which resulted in 2 students going missing and the death of another - spreads through the student body.
