I would like to know what is the licensing policy for publishing a set of optional rules for Basic Roleplaying or that are "compatible with Basic Roleplaying". Note, some of the rules would significantly change how the existing system would work. Is the license found at http://basicroleplaying.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=51 the existing license? Thank you.
