I want to ask you for you experience with v Potions skill in Magic World. I just think, that this skill have great potential but is to weakly described in the rule book.

What have you players did with this skill? What did they craft from it? Or just poition examle :-). Magical of Non-magical.

I love CoC & BRP rules and I play (more or less) every friday a game with me friends as a GM. I would like to play as a player and improve me english. I think a player with low level writing english can by a fun addition to play too.

I have a little trouble with selling and buying equipment. Can you gave me your opinion onn the question: "How many avarage (expensive) item value is worth one expensive (priceless) tiem value?"

Maybe it is not good question, so I try one example: "How many good (+5%) swords I need, to make change for one superior (+15%) sword?"

I just wondering if grapple is not to strong versus one opponent in fight. Whats your opinion? If you have better DEX you can grapple oponent or his weapon. If you have a good STR, you dont lose grapple. And opponent has only a low chance for counter.

I think Chaot did a very well review. I never played a Wild West RPG, but this book actually got me interested. The atmosphere is good and the new rules add flavour.

Exactly. Chaot make so good job in his review, that I have purchased Devil's Gulch PDF from chaosium before few minutes.

And what kind of indians live on Alberta? I found, that it was Niitsitapi, but I am not sure.

I am unhappy with BRP not giving prices. My advice is to use actual values for items (magical swords or whatever) from some other system.

I am on the other hand very happy, that I dont need to use money system no more. For me as a GM was a little bit confused to think about prices... Items value was system I try to find for many years.

I am happy first reader of BRP rules and two question dont give me a sleep. So I would like to read your advice.

How to sell an item, or items, if there is no money only five items value (cheap, inexpensive, average, expensive, priceless)? What should I do with magical sword, or other item no use for me character, I want to sell? Should selling upgrade me Status skill? How?

And can you give me an example of using skill bargain with selling or buying equipment? Effects of skill bargain gain some information about fumble, failure, success, special and critical success, but I have no idea, how to translate it in the five value economy...
