Or are you looking for an extended system from the basic rules? Link6746 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) Most of ESP's parts are found in the core rulebook under the Psionics heading, using seperate skills for each power. If you want to make ESPers, just limit them to psionic powers that are thematically appropriate.
