How can I tell if I have the latest document ?

Are discounts transferable?
My hardback is coming as a gift so my code will go unused?

This thread makes me wanna cry 😭

Feel free to surprise me...I won’t hold my breath though.

Wow I had not realised it’s almost 9 months past the expected delivery date on this...
Last communication in June doesn’t inspire me to believe we’ll ever see this delivered.

One thing I find perplexing is the impatience some people have displayed. We made the decision to pre-release the PDF of the core rules rather than wait until we could pre-release all three core books at the same time because we knew people wanted the core rules ASAP. I think the overwhelming majority of people are happy with that decision, but for those who want to complain about it - would you have preferred we waited?
Gamers are big kids regardless of actual age, and trying to please all of them all of the time is a road to madness.
If I was you I’d take the moaning as a good thing, at least they’re eager for more 🤘

Damn massively interested but I think I’d be too much of a distraction, way to fidgety after my spine surgery.
Lol finally an event I can get to and I have to be the awkward one.

I’m sure he is since the posts are word for word. Same point same poster, don’t know what bug he has up his ass but he’s been very disingenuous and I’ll call him on it every time.

What’s untrue?
He doesn’t say unique he says 4 features that ‘help’ make the game distinct.

Mythic Greece isn't finished yet.
We currently have Mythics Britain, Rome and Constantinople in print. Mythic Britain has the Logres supplement available for it, focusing on the Saxon lands, and we've just taken delivery of a manuscript for terrific scenario pack for Mythic Britain set in the fenlands.
For 2019, we're hoping to have Mythics Greece and Babylon available. And we're always interested in more historical areas to explore.
Any hints on Mythic Mesopotamia?
Edit: Sigh, ignore me just saw that you said Babylon. 😊
And scenario pack for Mythic Britain 😃😃😃

We send out notice of updates via email. We haven't updated the pdf since it was released on Friday, but we'll let folk know when we do.
Thanks Jeff, wasn’t expecting anything for a while just good to know how it’s done by you guys. And again great book, I look forward to the next two instalments.

Thanks for the helpful responses 👍
I agree chaosium have great customer service, any suggestion otherwise was a sarcastic response to an unhelpful poster.

So essentially you’re saying give my money to drivethrurpg?
Better customer service and cheaper? Well cheaper and able to implement a simple tech update.
Shame as I really like supporting companies directly. Particularly when they deserve it for their excellent work on the products.

And? Bookmark it and go to the page every month or two, or when it might be relevant (i.e., before kicking off a campaign).
As opposed to good customer service? Your right clearly it costs drivethrurpg so much effort they’re haemorrhaging money.
However as it they’re not even a date on the product page.
Love the books, don’t want to randomly download them every several weeks.

Alternatively, and with less effort and email traffic, they could list the latest update date on the product page.
Which you’d need to check regularly.

I’d like to second this request for information.

Thank you 🙏
Maybe we’ll get more joy in a specific thread...

The thread is for posting errata. Please bounce it elsewhere.
Any good suggestions? And it’s not exactly unrelated to the issue of errata is it.

Asked earlier but how will we know when the pdf is updated with corrections? Apparently Chaosium don’t do emails like Drivethrurpg.
I’d like to keep buying direct from the Chaosium store but it’s going to be frustrating if I keep having to ask have there been any updates.
Sorry to keep bouncing my own post but it’s something that’ll determine where I get my stuff going forward.
@Jeff can you help?

No, I haven't seen any emails in the past for updated PDFs, I'm afraid.
That’s a little disappointing. Thanks though.

When the pdf is updated will an email go out?
