Generally speaking these kind of sheets only work properly with Adobe Reader or Acrobat. If you have one of them installed, it’s likely you have the adobe plugin installed in your browser, which means the sheet will work there too.

macOS’s Preview is a very simple viewer and very unlikely to do anything useful with a sheet such as this, it only supports PDF 1.5 and a few extras, calculating stuff starts at version 1.6.

Correct, for best result use Adobe Reader DC on a computer. Even Adobes own app on the Ipad doesn't support more advanced PDF files I've found out. Might support simple form fillable sheets.

And then go to the various online pdf compression sites, and change it from 90meg to 43 meg. :)

Why would I want to lower the quality of the PDF? It's not slow to page through, at least not on my computer.

Two colours. And still looking fairly reasonable in terms of legibility. (I'd probably struggle a bit with the "tens" die if I used "tens" dice.)

Those look great. I like the classic color, and they look easy to read too.

  4. Electronical tools require a lot of effort. I remember Eclipse Phase who had a character editor in a Kickstarter. It does exist, but let's just say that it probably was not worth the effort. And now it is outdated as they release Eclipse Phase 2nd Edition soon.

Hero Labs already have a Call of Cthulhu 7th edition ruleset. Should probably make RQG easier as the basics are already there. http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=hero_lab&page=call_of_cthulhu  But I don't know what Lone Wolf are planning, seems they are moving to a subscription based online version in the future. Maybe not for all products?
