This forum has "Glorantha Counters" (in the downloads section); they're very, hmm, abstract but certainly work. Also in the downloads section (Home > Downloads > Fantasy/Historic>Classic Runequest) are various Glorantha "cutouts" by the user "Puck". He's got a sheet with "common" figures, one with trolls and morokanth, and one with dragon newts, elves, scorpion men and "other goodies". They're very nicely representational.

Just ran this for one of our groups last Tuesday. (slight spoiler hint ahead) The impulsive, "ooh shiny" character gave in to temptation almost before the words were out of my mouth! Nice mechanics, though I might beef up the final battle a bit if I run it again.
