Squaredeal Sten
Has anyone found or created details as to who is who in Wilmskirk just before the Dragonrise, 1614-15ST - and right after the Dragonrise? City Rex? ring? priesthood? Status of the Lunar garrison? Guilds? And right after Dragonrise, who comes to power after the Lunar retreat? Does the exiled Garaystar Flatnose come back after twelve years of exile, which might make him elderly in 1625? This is becoming more and more relevant in one of my campaigns, with the focus shifting from the Sambarri clans to Wilmskirk and the Balmyr, and the Dragonrise coming soon..
Ludo Bagman
Jeff did write a little bit on Facebook (probably in 1625 after the Dragonrise): https://wellofdaliath.chaosium.com/home/catalogue/websites/facebook/2021-10-jeff-on-facebook/#ib-toc-anchor-17 Quote Wilmskirk is shared by the Balmyr, Locaem, Balmyr, and Sambari tribes and it is now ruled by King Vamastal Greyskin of the Sambari, who participated in Starbrow’s Rebellion and is part of the High Council. Vamastal is half-mad through heroquesting, and gained his grey skin on a harrowing trip through Hell. He was friends with Garaystar Flatnose, who was City Rex of Wilmskirk in 1610-1613 but was exiled along with Vamastal after the Rebellion’s collapse. https://wellofdaliath.chaosium.com/home/catalogue/websites/facebook/2022-01-jeff-on-facebook/#ib-toc-anchor-46 Quote Wilmskirk’s biggest player at the present time is Vamastal Greyskin, who is the king of the Balmyr Sambari (edit: see above) tribe and city rex. One of his chief allies is King Enstalos of the Balmyr. One of the most important Missing People in Wilmskirk is the former city rex Garaystar Flatnose, who has been in exile since 1613. Pegasus Plateaus has also some tidbits on Wilmskirk and the Locaem tribe. Their king and entourage was devoured in the Dragonrise, and they are leaderless and riddled with internal conflicts since then.
