What is the best era for the Mythos?

So, what period is your favorite? 

 

Mine is a Homebrew, replacing the core Flames of Freedom occult with Mythos (very easy to do). This is the Revolutionary War period)

I voted for "The 1920s", with "The 1930s" as a close runner up. It's such a great period for gaming, as a "time of great change."
