Hasn't been thoroughly playtested yet, but I'm pretty sure it's ready to go. Please post if you find any glaring problems. It would be great if the various BRP authors could tweak it to reflect their respective games; an Aces High one, a Rubble and Ruin one, Agents of the Crown one, etc. Then each one could be linked on the Chaosium site with the product information.
